I had fun trying to break the egg which is surprisingly resilient. I get why this dish is the crown jewel of Dehesa, flavors just explode in your mouth with every bite

Do not let the name of the dish fool and turn you off, I would not even have known this was in anyway related to Pig Head if not for the name of the dish.. Salty, savoury, eggy all rolled into a pleasant surprise

Would be better if it was lightly seared

Overall, would definitely recommend this dish. On a side note, the stoneware is pretty as well. With the sunset by the beach as a backdrop, the ambience is amazing
