We had the tomato broth and pumpkin broth, both with wagyu. Enjoyed both! Beef was very tender and flavourful👍🏻 lastly, I really liked their chili, wish I could buy a bottle!
Had this big bowl to share. Wanted to order the highly raved parrot fish belly congee, but they only had garoupa tonight. Unfortunately it didn't really have the wok hei that everyone was talking about but I still enjoyed it.
Pictured: raw amberjack ($12), beef brisket ($18) and century egg ($2.50). All really good! Service was surprisingly great at this place too (mainly from the manager).
Especially liked the charcoal skin siew mai and baked liu sha bao.
Salted egg lotus root with pumkin was pretty bomb, as well as the fried fish skin. I like how their menu shows the amount of calories in each dish btw.
Pretty decent food. All five dishes are each priced at four bucks and above. The baos at the bottom are liu sha bao. Bread to filling ratio wasn't optimal, but the liu sha tasted good. Bf didn't like the chee cheong fan much. We liked the har gao though, big and plump. Despite the lacklustre food, it felt pretty satisfying to have this meal at 2am.
