Tea Press @ Damansara Uptown
A glutinous cake served on a cherry blossom leaf. The leaf is edible leh! Like what my mom would say "If it is on a plate, and if it doesn't kill you, you EAT IT!" The saltiness from the leaf gives a good balance to the sweetness of the red bean paste filling.

Fresh strawberry coated with a layer of sweet red bean paste enveloped by a soft paper thin mochi skin.
The sweetness of the paste compliments the natural tinge of sourness from the fruit and contrasting texture from the softness of the mochi skin to the crunchiness from the berry makes it ever so flavorful. Simply heavenlyāŗļø

This is a rather interesting dish served here. It is cooked rice, with your choice of salmon or mackerel fish bits poured over with seaweed soup served with Japanese mushrooms and radish. This reminds me of the days where I would have plain rice in homecook ABC soup; a comfort dish on a rainy day.

A refreshing smoothie made with their signature green tea leaves, avocado, and 100% pure fresh milk. It contains no artificial coloring and preservatives. This smoothie is surely a Health-Tea drink...get it....get it ?? (excuse my lameness, please š» with meš)
