Burgers
The beef patty was mild flavored and very juicy. The melted cheese on top didn't overpower the flavor. Candied bacon was a bit like bak kwa and I liked it. Towards the end, the bottom brioche bun turned soggy but it was overall a good burger.
The beef patty was juicy and didn't have an overpowering beefy flavor. Bacon was crispy but I couldn't differentiate how special it was from typical bacons. The bun was a tad too soft and it quickly became soggy from the beef patty juice. Truffle fries were ok. I have not found one that's more "truffley" and crispier than Coastal Settlement's.
Ordered the 100% Lean Beef Burger @ $15.50++ with their new beetroot bread. The bread was the crusty and less fluffy type. I'd love to try the bread on its own some day. The lean beef patty was moist and flavorful enough. Burger came with tomatoes, mushrooms, cheese, mayo and my favorite onion marmalade. Every ingredient blended in perfectly and it wasn't long before I chomped down the whole burger.
