Grass Jelly & Honey Sea Coconut
Always nice to have an icy cold dessert that is milk free or not an ice cream 😬
πŸ’Έ: $1.80

Craving for Traditional dessert that's cheap and good. This stall is one of those I always return to.
Dish: Black Glutinous Rice

πŸ’Έ: $1.50
πŸ‘…πŸ’: 😊
Its not overly sweet and aunty was really generous with the coconut milk. The consistency was just right and the taste was yum.

Saw an IG upload by my friend and was having curry fish head around the corner after visiting my granny. So i tot we'll pop by to taste this new kid on the block. And decided to be a little adventurous to go for favours outta my norm

πŸ’Έ: $6.50 for double scoop + 80c if you rather have a waffle cone
πŸ‘…πŸ’: 😊
Mango Mint: A pleasant freshness in the mouth to balance the sourish sweetness of the mango. Not your typical mango sorbet, no minty mentholated taste for sure.
Lychee Rose: A very delicate and "gentle" taste to the taste buds, a familiar sensation without the overpowering taste of the rose syrup. Not sure it would match up with the stronger n richer flavours presented but when mixed with the mango, the flavours somehow enhanced and seems to compliment each other pretty well.

Double scoop: lemongrass & Camomile + ginger flower

πŸ’Έ:$7.40
πŸ‘…πŸ’: 😊 Interesting, i kinda enjoyed the floral taste to my gelato but im not sure i really love it enough to crave for it.

I love lemongrass and so it felt like having a taste of spa in my mouth πŸ˜… while the camomile was really light n pleasant. What i really disliked was the taste of the wooden spoon in my mouth.

The crowd was pretty huge last night 😢 probably little overhyped but im glad i didnt have to queue too long

with toffee sauce and Cold Stone Creamery's french vanilla ice cream.

Last meal of the night before we head off to the airport at dawn to fly to different places. It was a busy day today preparing for my business trip in Mandalay.

AMEX or Entertainer app, choose which promo works better for you 😊

A tat too sweet especially for a human who enjoys but doesnt like sweet stuff nor vanilla...πŸ€”why cant they serve with chocolate? The sticky date pudding was quite nice though...u can really see the strands of dates as u pull it apart...

Mystery flavour only available at Icon village outlet. Apparently, the flavours have yet to be repeated πŸ˜›

πŸ’Έ$6.90
Verdict: πŸ˜‹ Loved the fragrance of lavender. Its really tasty, its a little on the sweet side for me πŸ™„ awesome pre-yoga snack.

Toasted Milk Softie, Durian Pudding, Almond Crust, White Chocolate, Gula Melaka Caramel

⭕️The durian pudding was really made of durians πŸ˜‹ #noartificialflavours
⭕️ Not too sweet
⭕️ Tinge of saltiness from the almond crunch balances the sweetness of the softie & pudding

πŸ’Έ $16++
Verdict: 😍
OMG πŸ’›s, not just beautiful, it was Y.U.M.M.Y!

Feels like im back in Chatuchak 😍
Crazy sweet (im the siu dai kinda person) but it doesnt taste like its just sugared water.
πŸ’Έ$4.90
Verdict: πŸ˜ƒ, gao siu dai would earn it 😍

2 scoops of gula melaka gelato, 1 vanilla soft serve, dehydrated coconut shavings, chendol & red beans topped on the crispy waffle with dribbled gula melaka.

It does depend on how u like the waffles. Personally, its a little too crispy but its still nice. There's more than enough ice cream to go around - go ahead, be generous when loading up your waffle cubes.
πŸ’Έ $12.90

Verdict: 😊pretty yums...but a tat too sweet for me. Generous serving...good for sharing

Throwback to our Monthsary at Alter Ego
The night began with a refreshing drink and tortilla chips with the french onion dip.

Nestled along Jalan Besar, this cosy little cake house serve pretty good cakes. We popped by n saw this fusion.
+ the cream was nicely balanced and not too sweet, the gula melaka was frangrant
+ loved the coconut

- the puffs was a little too thick, not fluffy enough
- pretty pricey for a little dessert

Overall: i would prefer other cakes in the house

Just had to make the drive to Mooroopna, Victoria. Absolutely in love with my meal at Yiche (δΈ€θ΅·). The desserts are outta the world! 1. Fried ice cream (definitely the only vanilla ice cream i'll have more than 1 mouthful) 2. Coconut sorbet with lime jelly - nothing but the best ingredients! Coconut sorbet more tasty than the coconut ice cream at chatuchak! 3. Ginger donut with ice cream 4. Panna cotta - OMG! One of the best i had again! Brian is ruining my diet plans! The crisp hidden in there gave a perfect twist to the custardy dessert. Absolute yum! Definitely worth the drive from Melbourne! Plus, its a nice place to chill out.
