New item on the menu! Translated as Black Garlic Oil Ramen. As a garlic lover this is a welcome addition to the already amazing ramen choices at Miharu. While the main ingredients are largely the same as their signatures, the broth is the difference here. Worth a try!
Sweet and tasty chicken with lots of garlic. Good ratio of chicken to rice. Set comes with hot green tea and miso soup. Good value for money. 😋
Bittersweet as the soup was the typically good standard Ippudo but the tough meat felt as if it was taken out from a can. Don't bother getting the set lunch as it felt they were cutting too many corners. Just go for their signature ramen.
Interesting dish although my friend think that it looks like something straight out of a zi char kitchen. 😂 The fried soba manages to retain it's crispness even though it was blanketed by the thick and starchy yet fragrant sauce. Comes with a variety of ingredients too. Worth a try I would say!
Nowhere as impressive as their tamago. Duck meat that tastes like beef. Duck meatballs that tastes like pork. We wonder if it's just the chef's off day when making this as we expected better things from Ni-Hachi. Would like to give the other soba offerings a try again!
One of the recommended dishes on Burpple and its pretty obvious why after you've tasted it. The truffles brought out the fragrance of the crab meat and egg without overpowering them. The tamago is as springy and tender(?) as you would expect. 😋
This might just be the best ramen I've had so far. Wow. Just wow. 😋
Ramen here was about above average I would say. Nothing special but a really solid version nonetheless. A tad expensive, ippudo would taste better at about the same price though. But if I were in the area having ramen, this is the place to go.
P.S. Not sure if I got the dish name right, feel free to correct me in the comments. 😅
Gyoza here was on point. Served at optimal temperature (what I really meant was it's hot). It really felt like I could smell the pan the gyozas were cooked in the moment I put a piece of this in my mouth. I could taste the sweetness of the pork and the freshness of the almost-burnt skin just in one bite. Highly recommend. 😋
First time trying this restaurant and style of ramen. Not the most value for money but the quality is definitely there. Their in-house sauce brings together all flavours of the ingredients that you see in the bowl; better than the sum of its parts some would say. Can't really describe the taste but overall it has a hint of sesame. Will go back! 😋
First time trying this and I have to say its pretty tasty. Comes with cheese pork katsu, prawn tempura, fish fillet and pork belly. More than enough for 2 adults!
Steep pricing but super fresh salmon, ikura and wasabi even though this was delivered.
