SMALL BITES
The softserve texture reminds me of the 7-eleven softserve. This costs $5, and is on a sweeter side. My friend ordered the nutella cheesecake one and I think its less overwhelming compared to horlicks. There is small space behind to chat with your friends (ard like 4 chairs?)
Overall, not bad

Just flew back to sg and thought could try some kueh around the area.. meh. Nothing much. Ang ku kueh tastes weird, and their kueh seems lacking.. guess im sticking to tiong bahru one instead.

Went exploring golden mile complex and chanced upon this thai style fried banana outside the supermarket, its 6-7 pieces for $2?? The thin sliced bananas are fried with coconut batter and its so crunchy, sinful yet so worth it. I would recommend trying this even though i dont really eat fried snacks!

Newly opened store near the entrance of Esplanade Mrt (at the exchange area). Decided to give it a go at the chocolate egg tart ($1.80), the crust is nice and i can taste both the egg and the chocolate, it got the old school feel. They do sell traditional drinks (the prices are ard $1.60ish?), like your kopi & teh (saw gula melaka tea, i wonder how it tastes like..) and other pastries too (original egg tart). Would come back and try out other stuff! Preferably in the morning i guess!

2nd visit to this place again after trying out their red velvet the other time! Upon order, it will be heated up and its best consumed asap! The hazelnut chocolate oozes out so it can get a bit messy eating this. The baguette is crispy and chewy and with the hazelnut filling, this is a good deal for $1.80. If i do pass by, will try the other flavours!
Was wondering why does a papaya milkshake cost $4.90 so i decided to give it a try. Its really milky and i love it!! And with the crushed ice inside, oohhh its so cooling and good for the hot weather and its kinda of big so its quite filling.
$12 for 6 pieces cos of groupon deal, the place is really small and the service is soso, the earl grey choux is nice & rich, and theres alot of filling! but eating too much of it isnt a good idea, its small too. Its really rich, i can taste the condensed milk. The matcha is strong which i like. Not bad in my books.
First time trying bagel and this is good stuff & its filling too! And its $3.90 and there are other options to pick from! Will come back again and try the other flavours!
The egg tarts ($1.70 each) were nice and wasn't bad as the reviews say, its kind of good for teabreaks. The pineapple bun & curry balls was not bad too!
