Ban Mian Addiction
Paid $3:80 for this amazing bowl of goodness. The egg yolk was perfectly cooked by the cooks and it was runny. I felt that the soup in this ban mian taste wonderful and there was flavour. It was affordable and definitely would not be considered expensive for a bowl of ban mian in a food court like Fusionopolis. Additionally, the ban mian noodles was cooked well and generally, definitely recommended to you if you like ban mian. I am certain you will be able to polish off the whole bowl of soup!
$5.30 for the tom yum ban mian from qiu lian ban mian in food republic westgate. The tom yum soup was not as thick but it certainly had lots of spice and goodness in it. Disappointed that the egg yolk was not runny and the noodles felt a little too hard. The vegetables that they gave weren't satisfying because most of it were stem. Not worth it in terms of pricing but I felt that it definitely tasted delicious and good!
$4.50. Considerably very affordable at a food court in the airport. This dish was good because the soup wasn't too salty. However, I felt that they gave too much noodles and I was really disappointed that the egg yolk wasn't runny. However, I would recommend this to anyone who likes to eat ban mian!!
For $2.80 this is a steal!! In my opinion one of the best dumpling ban mian I have ever tasted. The dumpling is filled with generous amounts of vegetable and pork. The soup is good and the ban mian is cooked to perfection. The chilli is also great!! Always eating this dish when I come to Makan Place
As always, this stall serves wonderful ban mian. But they could be more generous with their fish maw. Definitely worth the wait!!
