Located at The Star Vista food court at level 2, this western stall serves up cafe worthy dishes such as Salted Egg Seafood pasta and Egg Benedict on toast. But my attention was diverted away to this $8 sirloin steak. Heavily marinated with rosemary, it's not the best cut of steak, and I would say it's barely passable for $8. I wouldn't recommend it, but I will come back to try out the more interesting pasta dishes!
