This picturesque cafe is perfect for breakfast, brunch, lunch or tea with your other half, your girlfriends or simply with a good book in hand. With natural sunlight streaming in through the glass surroundings, this small glasshouse offers the most splendid of toasts at an affordable price. We got the avocado and dukkah spice, scrambled eggs with smoked tomatoes, smoked salmon with cream cheese and espresso berry with mascarpone cheese toasts, each for $10 or below respectively. It is a beautiful cafe in a peaceful location with aesthetic foods that taste as good as they look. 10/10 would recommend :-)

Been wanting to try this eatery for the longest time ever since I saw pictures online and heard abt it because the food looked absolutely stunning. I ordered the original poke bowl filled with brown rice, shoyu salmon cubes, spiced cashews, pickled mushrooms, lime avocados and topped off with the usual poke bowl toppings. I have no words to describe the taste of this dish, it was just brimming with flavor and texture, basically an extremely well thought out and cohesive poke bowl ($17). I will definitely come back to order it again. It has lived up to my hype for sure 😛😛😛😛

Return to senate coffee because someone was craving soba and I remembered that this place served rly good grain bowls at an affordable price! I believe it has been a year or two since I visited originally so I was eager to see if the standards have risen or dropped. Sad to say, the portions seemed to have decreased from the last time, which makes me sad because I love full and brimming bowls :-( the taste redeemed it a little however, with the teriyaki salmon (at an extra dollar) being perfectly cooked and seasoned. The three grain base offered a pleasant texture to the entire dish and went well with the chili lime cashews (still my fave), zucchini, mushrooms and purple cabbage slaw. I personally think the zuchini and slaw were a tad disappointing because they were rather one dimensional. I expected a more in depth flavor especially since their descriptions made them sound rly tasty. However, the mushrooms were definitely marinated well. All in all, I think this was still a pleasant experience and a cafe that I will recommend to anyone who loves a chill ambience and affordable healthy food!

I don't know why I haven't tried this place sooner.... I think it just made it to my top 3 places for grain bowls 😛😛😛 at an affordable price of $13.80, there are so many options to choose from! (1 grain + 1 protein + 3 sides) and they are generous with every portion. I got the black rice with garlic, falafel and beetroot daal, guac, broccoli and cauliflower salad as well as sweet potato. In addition to that, I chose the teriyaki miso dressing and got a complimentary dollop of alfalfa sprouts. It was so satisfying, a good quantity of healthy food to have on a plate for sure. It was also one of the few places whose grain bowls are so packed with flavor. Every component was tasty and could easily be eaten on its own (this is especially enjoyable for people like me who like to eat the items individually instead of mixing them all together). What a wonderful contrast of flavors and textures, a new favorite !

Returned to this gem at Telok Ayer for a second time in less than a week to satisfy poke bowl cravings again!!!!! This time, in addition to the poke bowl, we ordered the maca nutter smoothie bowl which compromises of banana ice cream (banana, soy milk and mama powder), topped with pomegranates, cashews and a drizzle of chocolate. I think the portion is definitely worth $6 although the banana ice cream wasn't as creamy as I hoped it would be. Despite that, the affordable quality of this place still holds true! A poke place to keep!

Found a very good and worth poke bowl location in the CBD! Decided to try this place because was craving poke bowls and wanted to try somewhere new. Step 1 was choosing your base of brown rice, white rice, quinoa or lettuce. I wanted to go for the brown rice but it was all out so went for the quinoa instead which went rather well with the bowl. It was approx. $12 for 100g of salmon/tuna of the flavour of your choice and a unlimited no. of toppings like nori, tobiko etc. I decided to have a treat myself day so added $2 for spiced cashews and $1 for avocado. This is rly one of those places that are generous with their toppings so you feel that you are paying for both quality and quantity. I will come back again for sure 😛😛😛

Situated near the cross junction of Neil and Keong Saik road comes Loloku, a poke cafe whose food ties in very closely to the theme of the restaurant. Decorated by pink flamingoes, leafy cushions and pastel paintings, this cafe truly lives up to its "Hawaiian" name. Although the make-your-own-bowl was a little pricey ($20) as I added avocado and a soft boiled egg ($2 each) on top of the bowl of brown rice, hamachi ($16), almonds, seaweed salad, tobiko and edamame, it was worth every cent. The sweet and spicy house-made sauce brought together every ingredient to create a tasty yet refreshing bowl. Definitely some aesthetic plating in an aesthetic setting as well. I would highly recommend this cafe on any afternoon for anyone to come to eat a healthy yet hearty poke bowl in this cosy yet refined place. Other fixed menu items are also available for those who do not want to create their own bowl ($14 for regular, $16 for large).

After having the superbowls, we wanted something sweet to wash it down. What better way than to have 2 large acai bowls (cocoa and classic) I preferred the cocoa (the classic was more fruity), with the blend satisfying my chocolate cravings and the granola adding the extra crunch to the creaminess of the acai. Topped with fresh fruit and based on a coconut chia pudding, this acai is a close runner up to project acai.

The bowls turned out way better than I expected - for $12.90 I ordered the salmon and zucchini SuperBowl, comprising of miso dressed zoodles, edamame, cherry tomatoes, a fried egg and a perfectly cooked salmon. I was afraid that as with "healthy" food, it would taste bland but the entire bowl was well-seasoned and brimming with flavor. Definitely a meal that will leave you satisfy without the food comma. Scrambled eggs and pesto chicken SuperBowl were rly tasty as well, as I infer from the bites I stole from my friends 😛😛

Returned to Atlas after a long time despite having wanted to go there again / living really near and I'm so glad I did. Ordered the Super Bowl once again with kale, corn, toasted quinoa, chicken, eggplant, mushrooms and tomatoes for $19.30 (sadly there is GST now). However, the dish was so much tastier than I remember. Every component was seasoned nicely and came together to deliver a wholesome bite. If I traded the GST for this added deliciousness, I will definitely do it anytime.

Tried one of the newer acai places today! I don't remember the name of the particular bowl but it was a superfood bowl ($12.90 so quite pricey) made from coconut water, acai, banana, strawberries, blueberries etc. plus topped with more berries, more bananas, almond butter, granola and sliced almonds. Athough I expected the texture to be thicker and creamier, not "watery", the taste of the individual elements were good and they came tgt pretty well! If only Coocaça had air conditioned sitting, it was sweltering today 🌞🌞🌞

Finally decided to visit nassim hill after reading reviews/looking at so many pictures and viewing the menu so many times hehe plus got entertainer 1-1 so even greater perks beside the tasty looking food!!!! Was q bummed that the main menu item offer did not apply to salads but I was determined to still order the Asian BBQ Chicken salad ($15). Was rather impressed by the juicy meat and flavorful BBQ rub on the chicken breast, the freshness of the cucumbers, red peppers and carrots as well as the crunchiness from the sliced almonds, edamame and golden wanton skins. That was q a lengthy description wasn't it, but all these individual elements that laid on a bed of greens was complimented well by the soy ginger dressing that (thumbs up to the cafe) was placed on the side. I don't like saucy salads so I was glad when I had the choice of how much dressing I wanted to add and boy, it was good. I will definitely come back here to try the sandwiches or even the breakfast menu on my not-so-detox day 😛😛😛
