what the heck I'm in jurong!!!!!! for fried fish bee hoon at that!!!!!!!! but ok no joke this is really good like good enough to get my father to come back for the second time this week (cos it was closed when he came by over the weekdays) and if my father is super into it it must say something π― the fish is really crispy I think the plus point is just that it's really crispy the fish isn't even all that gr8 but ooh the soup's really good - v flavorful!!!!! Although must've got a lot of msg cos I'm really thirsty π
For roughly $6.50-$7.50 (pretty decent I think) you get a big bowl of noodles with tender meat (your choice - char siew, pork ribs, roasted pork belly) PLUS they provide unlimited lapok!!! I'm sold ππ»ππ»ππ» However, the noodles were quite dry though cos im used to eating saucier wanton mee but nonetheless pretty yummy!! Wish the pork ribs weren't so huge cos kinda tough to suck the bone dry unless you eat with your hands. Will recommend to go for the "two-some" cos you get siewyok + charsiew and their charsiew is like kong bak pau kind!!!! I LOVE!!!! And I went during lunch time so there was happy hour on drinks - beer + wanton mee is something I'd never think of but it was gr8 finishing off the meal with a gulp of beer + the weather was SO hot too βοΈ
