Sadly, I'm not a fan of their cream which is too buttery for my liking. The chopped peanuts with sugar on top make a good combination that never goes wrong. Overall, a great red velvet cake, but is it worth the 30 minutes waiting time, 1.5 hours dining duration restriction and quite a hole in your wallet (compared to other hipster cafe around)? My suggestion is to visit their other outlets that probably have shorter queue and better lighting too.
This Taro Latte (IDR 35k) was a good change from my usual matcha drinks. I kind wish there were chunks of yam inside, but wells, that's only a dream.
Cake was a tad too crumbly though moist and mochi was rather tough but azuki beans were surprisingly fragrant and yummy. I'm never a fan of soft serve as it melts too fast, so this doesn't leave much impression with its subtle bitterness. Well, on the bright side, this parfait -- with generous amount of ingredients -- costs SGD4.0~, only a fraction of those sold in Singapore. Enough for my sweet-tooth's craving.
