Teppanyaki Hamburg Nihonbashi Keisuke is Chef Keisuke Takeda's 12th restaurant in Singapore. friends of mine would know that i highly rate many of his ramen restaurants in Singapore; in fact his Summer Ramen from Keisuke Four Seasons is still my #1 ramen in Singapore.
this new hamburg restaurant has a simple menu with only 2 choices: the Triple Cheese Prime Beef Hamburg Set ($20.80++) and Keisuke Prime Beef Hamburg Set ($18.80++). Both come with the free flow salad bar which has LOTS of goodies including ramen salad, potato salad, a free flow egg station (the omelette is GOOD and reminded me of the wonderful omelettes i had in japan), fruits and even a dessert. The main course, though, was rather disappointing. I felt that the hamburg did not contain enough cheese (even though i paid $2++ more for a "triple cheese"). the hamburg meat itself was also nothing much to shout about, being rather too soft and lacking consistency. Overall it is an excellent deal paying $20.80++ for so much food, but sadly it's not somewhere i would be really eager to go back to. Still worth a try at least once i guess.
Truffle flying somen , I love this better than their salted yolk ramen . Plain ramen duping into truffle soba sauce , very chilling and yummy !
.
The Omakase dinner priced at SGD 80++ is one of the most affordable 9-course meal, offering premium A4 Ohmi wagyu beef and several tasting portions of their Ala Carte menu.
The Ohmi Wagyu served medium rare, is truly a steal (!), impressing with melt-in-the-mouth tenderness. If you adore garlics, the garlic chips on the side are addictive enough while leaving a slight garlicky taste on the palate š.
.
Osaka Kitchen actually serves up pretty good teppanyaki and reasonably priced dishes. Sit by the bar counter if you want to catch the spectacular flames from the teppanyaki š.
Said no one ever. Well, until they try this Ten Don (S$13.90++) anyway. I was amazed at how tender and moist the chicken was! This bowl of crispy fried goodness was truly a satisfying meal. And at this price, I'm not surprised there's a queue... ššš¼š #dinner #yummy #burpple #feedfeed #sgfood

Fat Cow and their Donburi needs no introduction; a go-to spot when you ask anyone "Where's the best Gyudon in town?". Part of the set lunch menu, this comes complete with starters, the Don and dessert. The Don comes with charcoal-grilled Wagyu beef steak at your preferred doneness (we went for medium-rare) with egg, truffle shoyu sauce and yakiniku sauce. The beef was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and it was generous in portion with smoky flavour with a whiff of truffle, flanked with a runny egg that burst with a poke of the chopstick which can be mixed into the rice bowl. Rice was well-flavoured with sauce of a savoury flavour and light truffle aroma. Indeed one of the better dons I have had, and one that is definitely worth every single cent being paid and a must try for both Japanese Dons and steak lovers.
Fresh, quality, and slightly pricier than the ordinary Japanese restaurants, but for its quality I believe it is reasonable. Set lunches and set dinners are very affordable and reasonable though! This is where i frequent for my comfort Japanese sushi cravings.
Army Stew with rice cakes, tofu, shrooms, sausage, luncheon meat and more. Amount of instant noodles was pretty little considering the price. Just nice if you want something to fill the tummy but not really if you are hungry
