This one’s super refreshing with its combination of gin, cucumber and mint with a sprinkling of chia seeds. Very easy to drink!
If you like warm spices, this vanilla-infused tequila tipple might just float your boat. Nicely complemented by the pineapple and cinnamon too!
Owned by Butcher Boy’s ex-head bartender, you know the tipples are gonna be the main draw here, really. This must-have is potent but is also a super smooth blend.
They have 1-for-1 on Sundays too, including beer ($10) and G&T ($12). 🍻
If you’re here before 7pm, get half a pint of beer for $6 instead of $10!
Love girly drinks? Then this sweet, floral spritz is perfect for you. Very easy to drink and absolutely refreshing with the added mint.
Very easy to drink and smooth craft pilsner, brewed especially for Panamericana.
Get more (boozy) bang for your buck with this number, which is sweeter than the classic libation featuring Roasted Banana Appleton Rum and Bulleit Bourbon with hickory-smoked maple syrup(!!) and Jamaican bitters.
Needless to say, this potent tipple's not for fellow girly drinks fanatics.
Their spin on aperol spritz sees prosecco, aperol and orange with touches of lemon, rosemary and vanilla. Not a big fan of the vanilla in the mix personally, but a pretty fun aperitif to start with.
We wanted to try skin contact wine and went with this recommendation. It has a bit more body and tannic hit than what you typically get with white wines, but this was also easy to drink.
Saw “fluffy orange juice” and I could not resist getting this Campari-based cocktail. The tinge of bitterness from the liqueor is what makes it a great aperitif, but as a slow, wimpy drinker (I don’t think I even qualify as one; a sipper, more like it), this lasted me till desserts. 😂 A little tricky as the bitter notes will affect your palate a little.
Still preferred this over the (too) herbal Fernet & Coke ($21), that was reminiscent of ointment — definitely an acquired taste.
Wanted a fruity, tropical tipple and was very happy with this recommendation. It's like sipping frozen passion fruit and lemon curd (with a splash of vodka)! There's a touch of bitterness from the grapefruit added into the mix to further balance this sweet-sour medley. Get this only if you love sour stuff!
If you love easy-to-drink tipples, then these two are great options.
The former has just enough Mancinno Secco to show off its botanical infusion along with the sweet peach liqueur, plus fresh lemon juice and mint to freshen the whole ensemble up.
Slightly more potent is Fynn's riff on Pisco Sour, which gets a mild peppery infusion with the addition of pink peppercorn sugar syrup and dust.
