Featuring Bao Makers (Amoy Street)

Another local fusion dish served at Bao Makers, this is a safe combination that brings the local favourite Chili Crab filled into deep-fried Mantou buns. The buns were pretty free from grease, while the insides were filled with spicy chili crab gravy and little streaks of crab meat. If what's inside is not enough, they do serve a complimentary saucer of chili crab sauce dip at the side; just dip the fried Mantou straight in for more heat. Again, the green salad came without dressing - not something I would expect for something that costs $16.
