I love fried chicken! Tried the ones from @momstouch.sg and their fries was the wow factor for me. The chicken was crispy and juicy but not as “fragrant” as other fried chicks restaurant. Still a good meal nonetheless 😆

Glad that there weren’t any queue when I visited this joint a couple of weeks back for a late lunch. So worth and sumptuous beef set (S$13.90++)! Enjoyed the dining experience with the chef cooking right in front of us. Will be back for more!

Found a new place for good ayam penyet! This spot in the east serves a variety of malay food too. Potential supper place!

My S$10 got me deboned pork knuckle, mashed potato & sauerkraut (fermented cabbage). For the price I paid, I wasn't expecting to have the best pork knuckle. Meat was on the dry side, pork skin was crispy tho a lack on the fragrance part. Not sure if the meat was prep upon order.

Other than that, the mashed potato was soft and smooth. And boy, they were generous with their S$6 freshly fried truffle fries! And it was pretty yums too. Thank you for serving affordable food in the neighborhood! And 👍🏽 to your attentive server for going around to ensure we are not deprive of drinking water. Will come back to try other stuff! 😊
