Not many places serve angel hair pasta, so this bowl of nicely tossed pasta with Sakura Ebi, bonito flakes and shio kombu wins my heart over š It's really light, not oily and yet so flavourful! My only criticism is that the pasta was cooked al dente. Perfect for many others out there but I like mine a lil' soft.
Apart from being photogenic, this egg-porn dish tastes as good as it looks! Slightly crunchy on the outside (breaded with minced sausage) and soft on the inside. The yolk was slightly runny when I sliced it into half! It's also served on a bed of red cabbage coleslaw. Could improve on coleslaw dressing though.
