Very crispy skin with yummy tasty meat inside PERIOD!!!
This eatery serves a lot of meaty dishes but this one really stands out. Crispy skin, tasty meat so good you don’t even need the sweet plum sauce. However it’s a good enhancement if needed. Overall meal is great.
I prefer this than the other London fat duck restaurant is the not too much fat beneath the crispy skin. Hence I can taste the roasted duck skin at its best. The meat is also tasty unlike some which is too plain.
This roast meat, wanton Mee stall here sells a delicious roast duck. Roasted with dang gui a Chinese herb that enhances the duck and yet does not taste too herbal makes the dish very yummy.
If you like braised duck that's not too intensely dark and possibly salty then this is the place. The dry noodle is my favorite too. With some lard bits and chilli sauce the noodles tasted like any Teochew fishball dry noodle. 👍👍

They are famous for their Peking duck but to me their roast duck is giving London Fat Duck and Four Seasons a run for their money. Very crispy skin coupled with flavourful meat this duck is easily a yummy yummy yum yum yum for me! Posted by Ah Leong San 2016 July 27.
