When you’re just thinking of what else you can pair with scoops of ice cream other than waffles, there you go, with croissants from Madame Ooze!

The croissants from Madame Ooze may look unassuming but they were flaky, light, airy and a little buttery. It has the crispy texture like waffles and goes well with the creaminess from the roasted pistachio and refreshing-ness from the sorbet.

It’s like a inbetween feeling of eating ice cream with bread and ice cream with waffles.

This Fuji Kori Amann from Daizu cafe, a japanese western minimalist cafe, is constructed with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of the Kouign Amann dusted with truckloads of matcha powder and pistachio. The Kouign Amann, is a little sweet, a little chewy and a little dense. But it complements well with the nuttiness from the pistachio and bittersweetness from the matcha powder and vanilla ice cream.

The first thing comes to everyone’s mind at a Japanese place for desserts is often or not matcha. But you got to give this kurogoma soft serve a try! The black sesame flavor is very fragrant with a roasted nutty note and the soft serve is smooth and milky. Also liked the combination of mochi balls, rice crisp and sweet red beans at the bottom! Will not disappoint!

When you can't decide what to have, just try the best of THREE world! Dark, Milk and White chocolate. Start from the bittersweet dark chocolate and slowly indulge progressively to the sweet creamy white chocolate scoop. For any desserts, there's always desire for the chocolate soil or in another word, cookie crumbs! It gives the added crunchy texture to the smooth creamy ice cream. Intense chocolate flavor made suitable for the chocolate fans!

Resemblance to those bling bling Xmas balls hanging down from the Xmas tree! They have really done a good job in making it so real looking after all the small details! Not is it GRAMworthy, it's STOMACHworthy too! Made of 66% dark chocolate, liquored cherry, raspberry and almond. I like how the flavors are layered from a bittersweet exterior towards the smooth rounded and nutty almond mousse core with poppings of raspberries coulis that brings out a hint of sour note and a cherry soaked in brandy! Not forgetting the choice of complementing the dessert with a pot of tea! Tea served was also blended by themselves! Such delicate details to the flavor and appearance of the dessert; aroma of the tea right from the scratch till the end!

Guess the highlight of this dish was none other than the mochi donut itself! Drizzled with warm chocolate sauce, the mochi was addictively chewy. & your spoon simply go to and fro from the mochi to the Horlicks soft serve that was a little milky and flavored with Horlicks. Soft serve was able to hold it there for a good amount of time before it melts at an accelerating speed.

What's after dinner? Desserts! Replacing waffles with egglet seems to be the new and upcoming trend now! With the addition of getting 'best of both world' - red velvet + original. While egglet is on the fluffier side, if it has the additional slight crispness, it will be perfect! Flavors wise, there's hits & misses, root beer float was a little lacking. & ps/ they limit the numbers of ice cream flavors you can try depending on your order. :/ so choose it wisely!

Matcha Hokkaido Ice Cream Puff. Decently priced at $3.90, this ice cream puff with choux pastry like texture, crispy and airy encapsulating a big spoonful of light milky matcha ice cream. Awesome to the max!

New cake addition to their collection! Dainty rose mousse with layers of fresh raspberries jelly and frozen lychee! Perfect for the sweet tooth!

Dense yet mellow cheesecake with a layer of smooth and heavily flavored chocolate gateaux that melts lusciously in your mouth. Accompanied by a medley of refreshing sweet and sour raspberries, blueberries and strawberries and 2 macaroons that added colors and flavor to the whole dessert plate. You'll definitely be back asking for more.

Pretty colorful dainty desserts filled the cafe with traces and traces of fruitiness and sweetness! Some of the creams used to fill the eclair shells were luscious and tasted good on the palette with each flavor being so distinct and unique. But somehow felt that the texture of eclair shells are missing some elements.

The first thought that came to me after the first taste was "that's amazing!" It started with a punch, as though a piquant note that rushes to the tip of your nose but grew into a more smoothing subtle taste to the palette. Quite smooth a texture with a light tinge of creaminess. Something different that will excite your taste buds!
