The fried egg had a golden lava goodness and the tender yet juicy chicken went so well with the crunchy vegetables and slightly charred rice. The spicy yet more tasty than usual bibimbap sauce added the last touch, to confirm that this is really the best bibimbap I have eaten.

Didn't like the eel as they disintegrated and left a fishy taste.
