Traditional place recommended by a friendly starbucks barista. But we over ordered again fol. From top right clockwise: meat & cabbage traditional pierogi, old mill pancakes with meat sauce, baked pierogi with liver & champignon mushrooms & tomato soup with pasta (centre). The pierogis were hugeeee so don't buy too much haha. Each plate of pierogis comes with a sauce of your preference. I recommend the mushroom sauce. Also loved the pancakes which tasted like the Korean kind rather than the McD's kind. Above the tomato soup is the buttermilk which tasted strange. A bit like Turkish ayran but with weird aftertaste. We left it as it was after a few sips. Anyway, place is slightly more pricey than the other place we've been.
From top left anticlockwise: Raw Beef (Tatar), Herring (Sledzik) & Sausage (Kielbaska). Each dish costs 8zty while each drink costs 4zty. Was a bit apprehensive about the raw beef at first but it tastes really good! Like tuna. Also ordered lemon tea, beer & vodka. At 4zty, it is super cheap. Please definitely try when you're here.
