bought the mentai roe from liang court and Japanese mayo. salmon from ntuc. mix the roe and mayo and topped it off on the salmon. bake it till e salmon is cooked. no need additional salt or such cuz the mentai roe is salty enough

ingredients are easily available at ntuc. bake it and eat it!
