Travel ✈️ Hong Kong
The bright yellow just brightens up your day☀️ Do try the steamed milk here too, sweet and silky, totally yummy!
This one from Tin Lung Heen is a class of its own. Look at how it glistens! The glaze was sweet and the pork was lightly charred yet it melts in your mouth.
One of the best I've ever had. Love the crackling sound of the skin when you bite into it and complemented the layers of fat and meat of the pork belly. The food stole my heart and the view of Hong Kong from the 102nd floor too. Amazing restaurant with great food and ambience. Best splurge of this trip!
Crispy and airy egg sticks covered with peanuts and coconut flakes and drizzled with honey. Sweet way to end the night!
Love all-day dim sum places! Such a warm and authentic meal in a cozy place, can you believe that it is a Michelin Star restaurant? With the variety available, I can have dim sum everyday!
I usually don't eat instant noodles back home but for this, I'll make an exception! My second bowl in 2 days😁
It is a dish you can get at any dim sum place around.
I know there has always been a debate between this or Yat Lok being the best but the meat here is delicious and the skin, my favourite part of the dish, is so crispy!
Our first stop - Mak's wanton mee. My bowl of goodness - QQ Noodles and juicy wanton!
The bright yellow just brightens up your day☀️ Do try the steamed milk here too, sweet and silky, totally yummy!
