Food After Work
Taste terrible and looks terrible.
Claimed that they are famous for their Cha Siew but they served me all lard! Horrible to the max! I have to pick up my own utensils and serviette. I just cancelled the order and left.
Looks a little scanty but it's about the quality but not the quantity (the mains can be quite a portion). You can choose the list of food from the menu and have a starter like this. My friends and I had chose potato croquette, meat loaf (which looks like roasted pork but tasted better and crispier) and pork schnitzel (cutlet). The service is not that fantastic guess it's due to lack of staff. But the food is good. Will go back again!
You see what you get. Cost a little more but you indeed get real crab meat! A lot of carbs and protein! I hope there's slightly more vegetables...
Chicken burger portion is really huge. It's indeed crispy and yet the chicken is tender. The duck confit is tender, not too dry when compared to AEIOU. Mash potato is smooth. Really enjoy the dinner.
Other than the sweet dessert, one can try their savory food. It's 2 thick breads, garlic and cheese. Its not too cheesy or overpowering with garlic.
It's a treat so I'm not sure about the price. It's a place with great ambience. People can bring their Muslims friends along but the choice can be quite limited for the Hindus (too much beef). This meatball is made from only beef unlike the IKEA is made from beef and pork. This doesn't have much beefy smell. The potato is a little bland. Otherwise it's a nice dish. I may return again to try other food.
Fusion. The pesto sauce is nice and goes well with the grilled fish.
A super dupe large portion of pasta. I barely finish half of the portion. The pasta is more of aglio e olio, just that it is with roasted duck, baby corn and onion. There is a promotion going on hence the whole meal including dinner is about $22. Don't expect too much for the dessert.
