Soft Serve Ice Cream

Spotted this new soft serve place, Small Potatoes Ice Creamery earlier. In fact, today is their grand opening. Talk about being at the right place at the right time! haha.

Had to try cos they have purple sweet potato soft serve and I love purple sweet potato!

Small Potato Party ($9.50). +$0.50 cos I wanted mixed soft serve. Japanese purple sweet potato & Japanese sea salt soft serve topped with Japanese purple yam paste, 2 mini Japanese yam, crispy rice puffs, azuki beans and 2 #Jagabee purple potato sticks. Supposed to have warabi green tea mochi & shiratama BUT I just realized they didn't give me!! 😭 Oh wells~~

Smooth & creamy soft serve. The purple sweet potato soft serve has a thicker texture and lighter in flavour as compared to the sea salt flavour. Prefer the sea salt soft serve for its irresistible savoury note.

Puffle + soft serve with Speculoos sauce.

A cross between a waffle & an eggette, the puffle is crisp on the outside, soft and fluffy inside; adorned with chocolate fondue, digestive biscuit crumbs and mini marshmallows.

So good even my momma likes it!

A taste of Sydney right here in sunny Singapore. Localized version of the legendary bi-coloured soft-serve with fluffy cotton candy!

Sea-salt Gula Melaka soft-serve cone topped with crunchy caramel balls & a cloud of fairy floss sprinkled with popping candy! The soft-serve was smooth & creamy but both the flavours were kinda mild, with the soft-serve leaning towards the savoury side. The Gula Melaka can be stronger though. Can't really taste the fragrance of the Palm sugar. Each soft serve costs S$4.50 with free caramel balls, top up S$1 for additional toppings like popcorn or fairy floss.

PS: Don't you think that the cotton candy looks like a fluffy cloud?? #sofluffyimgonnadie
The cotton candy didn't last long thou'.. Shortly after this shot, it collapsed. Blame it on our weather. haha.

Just becos there was no queue. Fresh milk + whipped cream + shot of espresso = Affogato soft serve.

Hahaha. Waiting for my brunch~ *hungreeee*
