The signature Egg & Spaghettini - creamy torched hollandaise, super generous and fragrant truffle that enveloped each bite of al dente pasta! The fume poulet was great as well, with smokey skin and succulent meat. #BurppleXChope

The charred and juicy roasted chicken thigh ($24) was simply a beauty to behold (and taste) 😍 - along with generous amount of gooey caramelised onions, creamy but textured pea mash and fingerling potatoes 😋🍽 Of course, we had to get their staple fish and chips ($25) too 😆 crisp, light and moist fish, only gripe was that I wished the portion was larger! Both were part of a 3 course lunch set - $30.

Ingenious sweet and savory pairing - brûléed Brie, melty and crunchy textures on crispy toast. A bruschetta good even when cooled! Coffee is decent, but the toasts were such joyful morsels that I can't wait to try other dishes.
