Best crispy Prata can be found right here at Mr & Mrs Mohgan’s. A small stall it might be, but it boasts a super long queue and a 45 mins waiting time. So DO NOT come hungry, you may end up hangry 😂.

The wait is always worth it because the prata is so well executed. Just the right portions of crisp and dough, which gives it enough bite and crunch. The fish curry here is also great.

It's late. I'm hungry. And all I want right in front of me now is some murtabak. Zam Zam is definitely amongst the top choices for murtabak. Insanely stuffed with meat, beautifully pan fried to crisp, it's murtabak promises instant gratification. Don't forget to dip it in the awesome curry on the side. And you can forget about that cucumber ketchup side dish- it was just... Gross.

Saw Burpple Tastemaker Dixon's review on the Prata coin here and I just knew I had to specially make a trip down for myself. I came with high expectations and this Prata coin proved itself worthy of his extremely positive review. Soft, fluffy yet still very crispy, the Prata coin kind of melts in your mouth. The Prata coin smells invitingly of butter, which nicely complements the fragrance of the chicken curry served. I initially thought the portion was too much for me, but the whole plate disappeared without me noticing. Definitely coming back for more!

Definitely the heartiest meal I've had in a while. The combination of sweet and savory prata (with the red bean Prata being the former and the ultimate murtabak being the latter) satisfied every sort of craving we had. Totally no regrets dragging my lazy ass all the way to Upper Thomson area for this!

People tell me that Zam Zam sells the best murtabak in Singapore, but I honestly prefer the one here. Tandoori chicken, onions and portobello mushroom together with melted mozzarella cheese, enclosed in a light flaky crispy Prata skin. Top it off with their extremely flavourful curry which complemented the cheese very well and you've got a calorie ladened but way too-worth-it lunch in your tummy.

Prata craving again, so I went hunting for prata in the industrial estates of Defu Lane. The winner here is the Kosong prata which was so crispy, you can literally hear it break when you pull it apart. The egg prata is pretty average to me. Oh, and strangely the curry served on the side tasted pretty much like the Chinese curry potato.

Had massive prata craving for weeks now and so my friend scooted me off to Sin Ming road for prata. Boy it was exactly what I needed. The Kosong prata was on the doughy side (though I prefer crispy ones) but it was light and thin, judging by how easy it is to tear it. Egg prata was just delicious with the extremely generous egg portions. The murtabak was not bad, thought the 'skin' could be crispier. What I loved was the curry base given- not overly salty, extremely flavourful and got a nice slight kick to the tongue.
