Located at a quieter part of Orchard, this spot hits the feels for a good date night out, or just a chillax session of drinks and food with friends.

Service staff was prompt and helpful in assisting us - ordered the truffle chicken ballotine, tomato burrata soup and Angus beef tartare. All excellent in their own right.

Huge fan of the tomato burrata soup - the freshly whipped burrata made the difference in what could have been a standard tomato soup. The texture of the dough fritters served with the beef tartare was a pleasant surprise as well (in a good way)

All in all - a neat place, highly recommended if you wanna go for sth a lil different.

fWas surprised by the number of customers there even though it's located in quite a far flung location.. means that pple are willing to travel for the food here! hence my expectations went up a little.

and they delivered on those expectations. firstly the sunset views and the calmness of the place set us at ease. the concept of safari dining was very evident with the field chairs and slightly lower tables, as well as outdoor dining via tentages. service was prompt and friendly - which is always a plus.

we went for the aburi mentai salmon don + torched aburi prawn pasta, along with some sides (battered fish bites + Szechuan mala karaage) I was surprised by the size of the prawns given (huge) and that it packed quite the flavour. the sides tho was the winner for me - the battered fish bites wasnt too jelat with the batter, and taste wise was on point. the Szechuan mala karaage could have been even spicier.. but that's just me.

If this place has live music - that would be the icing on the cake.

Relatively new place, given that 6 Battery Road just finished some major renovation. Setting/atmosphere wise was quite chilled and puts diners at ease. Service was relatively prompt - servers were professional and informative with regards to the menu.

Had some tapas to go with my cava: do have a go at their hot tapas and also their sharing platters - personally liking the albondigas meatballs. Unfortunately we didnt come on a Monday/Tuesday: they do have oyster nights here!

All in all definitely a place to consider if you are looking for somewhere for good food by the river (they also have outdoor dining options) and great cava.

Have always heard of this brand - so decided to give it a try when the parents wanted dumplings for dinner.

Went for the following
- Emperor's Rice Dumpling
- Pulut Hitam Nonya Rice
- Nonya Rice Dumpling
- Hokkien Rice Dumpling With Salted Egg Yolk
- Hakka Pork Belly with Preserved Vegetables

Delivery was quite prompt - and all I needed was to heat it up for abit to enjoy the goodness 😃 my personal favourite was the Emperor's Rice Dumpling - had so many flavours packed in one dumpling. The pulut hitam was a pleasant surprise - the sweetness of the pulut hitam mixed with the saltiness of the dumpling.

Parents and loved ones liked the variety available as well 🙂 all in all definitely something to consider if yall want something different for a get together meal.

Recently visited True Cost after hearing some raves about it. Interesting concept of dining experience - excellent quality of ingredients used and you only need to pay just slightly more than the actual cost of the dish. A small entrance fee will be charged, about $10 per adult.

We ordered a Tuna Ceviche, Japanese Style Beef Tartare, Kimchi Fish Noodle Soup, Hoisin Pork Belly and Lamb Confit.

Especially love the Kimchi Fish Noodle Soup - we almost ordered a 2nd bowl. Doesn't have the super strong kimchi power pack punch, but instead so nicely blended into the sweet fish broth - no tinge of fishy-ness meaning the seafood is fresh.

Tuna Ceviche was a really good dish to start our appetites - what a refreshing take throwing in watermelons and strawberries to open up the pallets.

The Hoisin Pork Belly was so soft and juicy and the hoisin sauce wasn't too salty either - loved the pairing with carrots, it doesn't make it too savoury. Lamb was good too.

Pretty decent place to visit for good Irish fare + watch live sports. The servers were prompt and friendly - which is always a plus. The decor of the place was atypical for a pub - dimly lit, but offering some cosy homely vibes as well.

Food wise - was recommended the crispy chicken burger and babyback ribs.. had a go at their Irish beef stew as well, which was a personal favourite.

All in all a place worth returning - especially when im in town area.

located at the second floor of the shophouses around the Telok Ayer area.. this hidden gem offered customers a choice of a Chef's Select - especially for someone like me who isnt too familiar with steaks a friendly entry into what they offer.

absolutely love the rump & tomahawk offered - juicy max :D the side dishes were also much enjoyed by both me and my partner.. especially the beef tartare.

Staff were professional and attentive as well - prompted us to get wine & desserts to end the night. All in all a good place to head to for the date night, or for clients too :D

This space offers a wode variety of selection of food, and plenty of promos to cater to different ages.. worth the $$ imo. The bouillabaisse is a must order - definitely the star of the night for me.. yuzu chicken and miso salmon are the other must orders as well.

Snaking queues aside (expected with hype makan places) the food is worth the wait. The broth thats cooked over a long period was lovely - the pork belly giving it a slightly different taste that was sweet but not too jelat..loved the ngoh hiang! And this coming from someone who normally avoids it..

All in all - worth the visit, the staff is also well-drilled, working effectively and efficiently.

We had a wonderful time at this steakhouse located at a corner of Serene Centre - and really this is a below the radar but superb place to enjoy steak done in a delectable manner without hurting the wallet so much.

The sides was also quite complimentary - the service simply made the whole experience so much more enjoyable.

Would definitely recommend this place to friends.

Where do i begin - decor is on point with its industrial chic feel, and the food is such a major plus point as well. Had fun making the rice balls (my attempt was disastrous) and the stew was so rich and tasty. The egg rolls is a MUST order regardless of the type of filling.. and the kimchi cheese pancake was a pleasant surprise.

All in all a worthwhile place to go for yall Korean food lovers.

Decent selection of yogurt based beverages - surprisingly quite tasty - didnt expect oreo and yogurt to go quite well together. Would also recommend the purple rice yogurt.
