Tsui Wahās signature curry is made from a secret recipe from a Malaysian chef in the 60s. Stewed for over 6 hours each day.
Simple and classy in it's presentation and the rice is served warm. Love it when restaurants make the effort to heat up the rice.
A mess of goodness, try it and you'd know. š
31.12.2014 \\ Winding down the afternoon with a cup of flat white and a unique slice of cake. Grape Vitagen cake with peanut butter in the centre tastes weird at first but I guess this combination was inspired from peanut butter jelly sandwich. The cake smells very fragrant though, most probably from the Grape Vitagen.
Simmered conger eel rice bowl set with pickles, salad, chawanmushi, miso soup and dessert.
Easily one of the best fried chickens in Singapore. Not many come close to this.

But this cup of long black isn't simple at all! Took the Train to Holland Village and almost missed this place.
Wakey, wakey, time to rise and shine and ogle at that egg porn. Look at it, sitting smack in the centre of the pizza, bleeding molten yellow yolk. The pizza base itself was a bit too stodgy, but the toppings, scented with truffle oil, made a can't-go-wrong combo.
