A 200g burger patty served on a hot plate. Meat was moist and the patty didn't crumble. Well worth the money spent. This dish also comes with a special Japanese sauce.

Amazing raw beef don found in a Japanese restaurant. Meat and egg yolk was super fresh. The special sauce went really well with everything. Rice was tasty. Tip: serving was tiny, this is meant to be an appetizer, not a main.
