Avocado, grilled asparagus spears, poached eggs wrapped with Norwegian smoked salmon, Hollandaise sauce and salmon pearls on wholewheat brioche. This is like the perfect plate of Eggs Benedict! The yolks were runny and tasted rich together with the sauce and creamy avocado. Love the addition of the salmon pearls too which is similar to Japanese tobiko.
Savoury French toast with double baked cheese and spinach soufflé, parmesan crumbed poached egg, slowroasted tomatoes, grilled back bacon and spicy tomato chutney. Wow gotta love this savoury French toast! It was fluffy and tasty without being too oily, and the cheese and spinach soufflé is unique! Kinda like a spread but slightly firmer. The slowroasted tomatoes were very sweet too! Quite a big portion so do come hungry!
The beef patty was juicy and quite substantial, cooked to the right degree at medium. Accompanied with thick cut fries and rocket leaves at the side.
With 2 slabs of fried chicken, this burger is pretty substantial! Good for those who prefer non-beef patties in their burgers. Comes with a side salad and shoestring fries.
It looks like a ton of green mess here, but let me break it down for you - kale, charred broccoli, avocado, spinach, cottage cheese, marinated feta, pumpkin seeds, dukkah, grains, sous vide egg, all that on multigrain bread. Sounds like a whole lot going on, but was pleased that all the ingredients complemented each other well! It didn't taste "too healthy" because it wasn't bland at all. In fact it was delicious and quite filling!
One of the more uncommon brunch dishes at cafes, this consists of roasted cauliflower on a bed of quinoa, accompanied by some pieces of halloumi cheese too. Really enjoyed this dish because it was surprisingly flavourful! The quinoa had some sauce in it, tasted a little like soya? And the cauliflower was spiced with a little curry too. Would order this again!
One huge chicken drumstick + thigh swimming in that glorious tomato cream broth! The stew was very flavourful, though a little oily. But it's quite the comfort food, I must say!
Didn't expect the salmon to be this kind of breaded salmon, but all in all it was a pretty substantial dish, coupled with avocado too.
Cheesy, savoury, tasty! There was bacon and ham sandwiched inside, and the yummy cheese and fried egg atop the bread. I really like the salad too!
An interesting take on the usual Barramundi dish: Thai coconut cream, green asparagus, cherry tomatoes and pignolina pasta (that resembles risotto). Good for those who like fish and creamy pasta!
