Feels like a relatively new secret ice cream waffle parlor along tanjong pagar road, situated at the second storey of the shophouses.

They tick the checklist for a person who likes crispy waffles, unique special ice cream flavors, a touch of Japanese flavor and delicate desserts.

Their waffles are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. I chose 2 contrasting flavors, Melon Sake and Sicilian Pistachio. One is light and refreshing with the sweetness of melon mellowed down by the dryness of sake while the pistachio is creamy, toasty and nutty!

They also served gelato inspired plated desserts. It’s definitely a tick on my checklist. 👌

Fancy a quick waffle fix around the farrer park-rochor area? Check out Aphrodite along Desker Road. They have pretty classic favorites like the roasted pistachio and a little more interesting flavors such as blue cheese chocolate and blood orange sorbet. Can’t really taste the blue cheese in the chocolate, perhaps they are really try to play safe as it could be make or break kind of flavor. But could taste the bittersweet of the chocolate. They also have an unnamed flavor whereby if you guess the key ingredients of the flavor correctly, you’re entitled to a free scoop of it.

Their ice creams belongs to the milky and creamier end. Even their blood orange sorbet is unlike the typical sorbet with a refreshing slushie kind of texture but it’s kind of creamy. Will advise to pair a light flavor if you’re getting 2 scoops unless you love gao flavored ice cream.

While for their waffles, it’s a little burnt and on the crispy side of things but less the fluffiness. Enjoy 2 scoops or 2 waffles at the price of 1 with Burpple beyond too.

Chilling out in a space of greenery is so relaxing and zen feeling. You Are My Sunshine is a korean-inspired brunch & dessert cafe with a salon concept that comes together with it.

We decided to drop by for their Kroffles as our tea-break. It’s croissant pressed down using the waffle maker, retaining its buttery yet airy croissant texture with the crispy edges of a waffles. Pretty good touch with all the nuts, berries and chocolate drizzle!

Looking for a waffle ice cream place? Check out Three’s a Crowd cafe. Their original outlet was at Tampines area and then they had this second outlet near Little India mrt station.

They had a couple options for their waffles and we went for their churros waffles which was dusted with cinnamon powder. It was fluffy, a little chewy and had a nice little crisp.

Comes with a pretty extensive choice of flavors. We had their grapefruit and earl grey scoops. Their ice cream is smooth and creamy while their gelato is pretty refreshing. Another waffle place to be added into the list!

Drop by Play Gelato to support a young couple in their 4months old venture! I’m touched by how they put customers and their experience before anything. They are more keen to share what goes into their gelato then the gelato itself. The ingredients they used are 100% natural and are the real stuffs!

We had their Chocolate sorbet, Hojicha, Rum & raisin and Over the moon! Over the moon is their special flavor for the mid-autumn festival! It’s white lotus paste with osmanthus tea. A bite into it felt like a bite into a mooncake. The resemblance is 100%! If you’re someone who like all things alcoholic, go for their Rum & raisin! They uses dark rum and pre-soak their raisin in the rum to give the gelato that extra kick in alcohol profile. If you like chocolate but scared it being too rich, go for their chocolate sorbet! You get to enjoy the flavors of chocolate minus the gelard-ness.

They are conveniently located at level 1 of Midpoint Orchard. To be honest there isn’t much artisan or handcrafted gelato in orchard area, so if you’re looking for one. Check them out!

Apiary has 2 choice of waffles, one is their charcoal which is crispier! And another I can’t remember if it’s their normal buttermilk which is denser. But I love my waffles crispy, so charcoal is the choice! Their ice cream are creamy and milky, full of flavors. Not at all feel shortchanged! Open till later too! Try it if you’re in the vicinity.

Chanced upon this ice cream parlor as I was searching for waffles ice cream places which I have not visited before. Lickers was nestled in the area of lorong ah soo, with a hipster storefront of an iconic sign in neon lights. They have an array of ice cream flavors with some unique ones like Hojicha and Yakult Oreo. We ordered waffles + 2 scoops - Thai Milk Tea and Yakult Oreo. Their Thai milk tea was pretty different from the rest I have tried before, it's not too sweet and with a more noticeable tea flavor to it. While for the Yakult Oreo, it's kind of refreshing with taste of real Yakult and mini bits of Oreo which they are careful to not over add to prevent it from being overpowered by the Oreo crumbs. Waffles are on the airy, fluffy and crisp side which was to my liking! Another new waffles place to go for if I'm in that vicinity!

If you're the fan of crispy waffle, this will not be your cup of tea! As the name suggest Mochi Waffles, waffles are on the dense and chewy side oozing with matcha syrup. But I guess what complement it was the cookie crumbs, sogurt soft serve and the berries! They kind of lighten up the oh so dense waffles such that the overall dessert plate was not too heavy for the palette. Maybe a sprinkle of matcha powder would give it a bittersweet aftertaste!

Need a fix for some crispy waffles? Oh My Tian has hit it right on the spot just like it's sister's Hatter Street. Never goes wrong, crispy waffles with all time favorites choice of ice cream and an additional once in a while unique choice of sobert flavors such as honeydew or watermelon.

A little crispy and dense flower waffle topped with Nuts About You and Cookie Monster flavored ice cream! Ice cream are smooth and towards the creamy end. Not the best waffle around but good enough to satisfy your ice cream waffle cravings!

Another sinful gem accomplished! Dense with crispy edges chocolate root beer waffle that sizzle a little fizziness of the root beer. Really delish and unique piece of art. Charcoal vanilla is a little plain jane, but I guess that's why it complements well with the more intense flavored waffle!

One of the best waffles in town! Crispy and fluffy! It's simply irresistible. You got to head down to try it, if you havn't get the taste of it!
