This cute little cafe still smells new. Just had to try the thai iced tea froyo when I saw it. Sure loved the unique taste! It had the tangy taste of froyo with a slight sweetness of thai iced tea. Yum! Love the crunch on top and the cornflakes inside!
Went for a light lunch, and I was recommended the Croque Monsieur by the owners. Love that crisp toasted bread with grains on edges that gave it a crunch. Covered generously with stringy melted cheese, each bite is indulgence with the classic and faultless combination of ham and cheese. Garden salad was fresh and came with a few chunks of strawberries which introduced a subtle berry tartness to the greens, which was smothered in a sweet honey dressing that hinted of plum.
Meet the Mother of Burgers. This mammoth is packed with a juicy beef patty, crispy bacon, a sunny-side-up, cheddar, lettuce, onion, tomato and get this - LUNCHEON MEAT. It's a heart attack waiting to happen, but OMG, I'll risk it.
A heavenly burger ($20++) that pits sweet bacon jam against tart slices of Granny Smith apple, with a juicy, American cheese-topped beef patty and rocket leaves thrown in the mix. Jostling as well for the attention of your tastebuds are fries and a mixed salad. Now, my advice is to immediately upgrade those ordinary fries to truffle fries for just $2 more. You'll thank me - they're so totally worth it.
