I would say that Fukuichi's version of Chirashi is value for money. Priced at $35, you get ebi, hotate and other fresh seafood at reasonably cut slices. Not the best of Chirashi I had, but worth a try if you are around town or somerset area.
My fave Chirashi second to AOKI. I love the generous portion of the seafood at The Sushi Bar. The aburi salmon was the main highlight, you can actually order ala carte for the aburi salmon. The only upset here is the long waiting queue, as they do not accept reservations.

Finally made my way here. I think my list of Chirashi might be complete. Where else do you think has the best Barachirashi (those that I've not tried). AOKI is definitely my top Chirashi for now. At $38+ comes with sides and miso soup, reservation at AOKI is highly recommended.

Best. Chirashi. Ever.
Best known for its Chirashi priced at SGD 25, the assorted range of fresh sashimi on top of vinegared rice is mouth-watering. Portion-wise, a very filling 10 out of 10.
Cha soba was served cold on top of ice cubes the way I liked it. Texture-wise, nothing special in particular. Portion-wise, a 6 out of 10 with room for more food.
Chawan mushi with roe on top was served steaming hot, nicely done.
