More Coffee
Thank goodness the coffee here is as good as the food. My latte was smooth, mild and very enjoyable. Not surprising since The Lokal gets their beans from Sarnie's and uses a lean, mean, custom-built Slayer machine. I see myself returning, and often. My crystal ball never lies ;)
Joe & Dough's Brewing Principles: they use the best quality beans that they ground only upon order. Each cup is pulled with skill and care to ensure the coffee tastes the best it possibly can. I wasn't disappointed - my latte was really quite lovely.
Having very recently celebrated their 3rd birthday, Jimmy Monkey Cafe, regarded by many as one of the pioneers of Third Wave Coffee in Singapore, is still pulling great shots on their Slayer machine. My latte was nothing short of wonderful.
Waking up my eyeballs, tastebuds and brain with these vibrantly coloured cups of coffee. Group Therapy Cafe uses a blend of two types of 100% arabica beans, one from Brazil and the other from Ethiopia. A medium-light roasting creates the bright-bodied taste with a hint of chocolate.
Good fragrant coffee. In a very large cup. Yay!
CAD Cafe uses coffee beans and chocolate powder from Toby's Estate. Excellent quality is therefore, a sure thing. In the gifted hands of the barista Zul, these ingredients are conjured up with hot milk, into a full-flavoured, mighty mocca. Great mix of chocolate and coffee in one cup.
