The restaurant is tucked behind a Korean grocery store - easy to miss but fairly popular at lunchtime.
Falling for marketing gimmicks every single time!! 🌶🍫🥐😛😅😂🙈
How’s everyone celebrating with your family this weekend? (from BatikRolls.com)
😛 Yummy stuff, but beware if you’re not into spicy food. The Soontofu (hotpot) packs quite some heat even for the mildest spice level 🌶 Enjoy a post-meal mini yoghurt drink for free. Thanks Michelle for the recommendation 😉
🥘 All-time comfort food! ❤️

Takehome dinner the other night - Teriyaki Chicken Bibimbap (S$7.90) and a side of Spicy Fried Chicken (S$5.90). Simple but ooh yummy stuff! The crunchy little bits sprinkled over the top of the bap added a nice texture to the rice bowl, flavours done right! 👍🏻 This popular item is available in a smaller "cupbap" size at S$4.90 too.
Seafood Rapokki (S$22), Spam fries (S$14), Tofu Chips (S$14), Makgeolli Sampler (S$35) - when you can't decide which one to try, go for alllll of them!! *hic* Pretty satisfying, hearty dinner at Joo Bar after watching《寒战2》"Cold War 2" movie - ooh and Aaron Kwok is as suave as ever! 😍😍😍
This place is a stone's throw from my office, first time here, all abuzz on a Friday evening! Pretty decent food, hipster vibes 😎😎😎 My personal favs. were the Braised Carnitas (juicy, slow-braised pork shoulder) and Chimichurri Chicken (spicy chicken with sweet and tangy salsa, sour cream and Mexican cheese) tacos 😍😍😍 Order the Vatos Cowboy Queso (Tortilla chips with a mini hotstone pot of cheesy dip) when you're there.. that was a winner at our table too!!
Weekend with the girlfriends officially begins with some awesome Margaritas and Tacos at Vatos Urban Tacos (South Beach Quarters on Beach Road) 😘😘😘
😉😉😉🌶🌶🌶 Went for the Level 3 "Singapore Standard" spiciness, that's the way to go! Had the Health & Beauty Sundubu - that came with chicken and a side of clear-collagen to mix into the stew. All stews come with the standard serving of tofu, runny egg, spring onions and Asari clams. Pretty yummy stuff, great for rainy days. There's just a little identity crisis happening here because we weren't sure if this is a Japanese restaurant that serves Korean stews or a Korean restaurant that serves Japanese-adapted hotpots 😏
😍😍😍 Got to benefit as an unplanned +1 with a friend who's invited to test-try these new flavours at 1460 Tteokbokki at at Cineleisure. Chewy, yummy and oh-so-sinfully good!! Choose from Spicy, Soy, Jajang, Rosé (creamy tomato base), or Bolognese. Thanks Eleanor for taking me along, and Man, for your warm hospitality and cool personality!
