Great place. Hip, cool, unpretentious. Well prepared food highlighting the fresh ingredients. One of the better fresh oysters and oysters Kirkpatrick I've had in Sydney. Tried the hanger steak, flavorful, well charred, delicious. Fish and chips one of the better ones I've tried in Sydney - beer battered, crisply and not oily. Right amount of salt and seasoning. Great place to chill out and have a good meal. 7.5/10
Nice ambience, with loads of atmosphere. Ordered the full Greek (AUD55 per Pax). Really good value. The taramolsalta (Greek roe spread) was delicious and devoured in a matter of minutes. The next dish was saganaki, baked cheese with honey served simmering in a hot pan (yes it works, strangely and delicious as well). Next dish, Greek salad. I've never been a huge fan of Greek salad but this was good, refreshing and the feta... So soft, not too salty and moist. The lamb was one of the best I've tried. Melts in you mouth with right balance of textures and flavoring. There was so much food that we could have ordered 1 full Greek meal for 2 pax. 7.5/10
Nice place. Fairly good execution of dishes albeit some misses for me. Degustation. A little disappointed partly due to the pre meal hype. Fantastic service. 6/10
