Festive season special for the main: slow-cooked beef brisket in rich beef bouillon with pork foie gras dumpling. With small cubes of potato carrots, mushroom and pearl onions. Delicious!

Soft centre valrhona chocolate cake, with dark dum and chocolate glace, topped with frangelico cream and vanilla ice cream on the side. Can't go weong with valrhona chocolate!
Spicy mackarel with herbs wrapped in banana leaves. Served with urap (veggies and spiced grated coconut) and white rice.
Juicy slow cooked beef ribs, very tender braised with buah keluak, another excellent dish which goes well with red wine! Sedap!

Chicken satay made it to a fine dining restaurant! It is the indonesian's traditional satay style full of smoky char flavour with peanut sauce. Enak!
From the Indonesian's menu, tasty-tender beef cheeks (empal goreng), fresh vegetable and braised chili dip (sambal). Good quality meat cooked until it is so tender makes this traditional dish special. Very good paired with red wine!
