I've never really had any beef ribs that stood out as much as this, so much so that I'm even craving it, all the way back here in Singapore. Tender beef ribs slow cooked in coconut milk and spices, served with a fresh coconut salad and sweet dipping sauce. The beef ribs were cooked to perfection, with the meat sliding off the bone with a gentle push of the knife. The seasoning was sensational, a unique blend of sweetness, spiciness and sourness. Think Thai chilli sauce mixed with good ol hickory smoked BBQ. I would actually call it a fusion of Thai, Indonesian and Western flavours. Can't wait to return to Perth just so that I can have this again!
