Indulge in an Italian gastronomic journey with Chef de Cuisine Antonio Facchinetti at Prego, Fairmont Singapore every Sunday as he presents a feast of his 40 favorite dishes. This semi-buffet ($68++ or $98++ for free flow of wine) allows you to order as many of the 40 dishes as you like. To further sweeten the deal, tuck into the freshest of seafood, Italian antipasti and array of desserts on display at your own discretion and pleasure- all made with Chef Antonio's heartfelt Italian warmth. *Brunch available on Sundays only!

Symmetry along Jalan Kubor is possibly one of our little island's hippest hidden gems. With its distressed bricked walls and rustic-like vibe, the space spells indie and contemporary, and is just different from the rest without trying too hard. Symmetry holds its own with character and attitude, and stands by its mantra of being a 'humane' restaurant by serving up organic eggs and grass-fed beef. Favourites include the Flan which features chunks of tender pork cheek confit, and their luscious Eggs Ben. *Brunch available on weekends only!

Tucked away at the beginning of Duxton road, Department of Caffeine is an edgy coffee joint with an industrial-chic groove and a cosy homely vibe. Those with a sweet tooth will love the Buttermilk Waffles with Butter Rum Bananas and French Toasts Maple Syrup Bananas. Caffeine-addicts can enjoy a full-bodied perk-me-up with specialty coffee beans from Australian roaster Five Senses, while tea enthusiasts have a good range of choices from homegrown tea specialist Tea Bone Zen Mind. *Brunch available on weekends only!

The Da Paolo Pizza Bar located along the row of al-fresco dining spots in Chip Bee Garden is a lovely place to enjoy a lazy weekend brunch. Getting creative with the names of their dishes to keep things exciting and fresh for customers, the brunch menu includes names like Popeye's Breakfast, Croissanwich and Chicken First. And while most usually avoid sitting outside, fans are strategically located, providing cooling relief and respite from the heat. *Brunch available on weekends only!

Weekend brunch takes on a whole new level of luxury when you are perched 200m above ground level with a 360- degree panoramic view of our city's skyline. Priced at $98++ (adults), for a fine selection of a la carte items to choose from, complemented by a delectable buffet spread of breads, jams, salads, fruits and desserts, KU DE TA certainly knows how just to spoil the gourmand in you. It is after all, as they say, for a lifestyle less ordinary. Reservations are strongly recommended. *Brunch available on weekends only!

A little French Bakery/Cafe/Restaurant located along Bukit Timah Road, right next to Coronation Plaza, Choupinette has always been in the spotlight for their highly raved-about Eggs Ben and authentic French pastries. The menu is concise, and each set comes with a juice and hot drink. Just a disclaimer though, the beautifully poached eggs covered with rich and buttery Hollandaise sitting atop the crisp baguette does not come cheap here.

A largely al-fresco space at The Foothills with rustic wooden crate-like furniture and random sofa chairs, it is comfort dining in your flip-flops and shorts. Offering brunch daily, the extensive menu includes Pancakes, Pot Pies, Thai Kampung Chicken Wings and the usual suspects. Do not leave before you try one of their lush and decadent layered cakes with exotic flavours like Spiced Apple Cake or Green Tea Praline. There is no denying you will be spoilt for choice with the wide selection available on display.

Situated in a two-story fire-engine red shophouse, Drury Lane along Tanjong Pagar Road is almost hard to miss. Serving up all-day-breakfast with additional dishes such as Cloud 9 (Cream Cheese Pancakes) and 1935 Toast (French Toast with Peanut Butter and Banana) on the weekends, the cafe also offers a variety of homemade pastries which changes daily, serving a seasonal blend of coffee with beans from Toby's Estate and a 'pay as you wish' concept for their muffins.

Common Man Coffee Roasters ups the ante by pulling out the big guns, bringing together Spa Esprit Group, Harry Grover from 40 Hands and Five Senses Coffee (Australia) for the trendiest concept cafe of the season. CMCR sets itself apart from the rest by serving up a bevy of Middle-Eastern influenced all-day-breakfast items. We insist you try the Organic Eggs Benedict which comes with beautifully tender braised ox cheeks. Just come prepared to spend a little more than a common man would for a meal.

Mandarin Gallery welcomes a new addition to their brood of elegant and swanky tenants with the launch of The Providore's flagship cafe. Breakfast stops at 12pm on weekdays but extends till 3pm on weekends and showcases artisan breads freshly baked from BAO Bakery and free range eggs. While prices may come across as a little steep, you are getting quality produce in every dish on the menu, and the added convenience of dining in the heart of Orchard Road.
