Very thick valrhona chocolate ganache made using water instead of cream. Sweet, chocolatey and nutty salty, this is a very multi dimensional complex dessert

Nice sweet crispy meringue with and fresh strawberries.

Massive tower of dense Chocolate with chocolate balls in the middle if chocolate cream, drizzled with chocolate sauce. I think you get the idea.

Canneli hazelnut: crumble, Icecream, caramel and sauce. Like a Nutella dessert, full of hazelnut chocolate flavors. Very sweet.

Whoopie pie. Orange cake and earl grey cream cheese. Citrus, creamy pairing, but earl grey wasn't very strong

Yang zhi gan ru anyone? With grass jelly as well.

Baked lemon and honey cheese cake with burnt meringue and blackberries. Those are some huge mutant blackberries. Loved this cheese cake.
