Japanese Cuisine To Try!

Excellent Japanese Restaurant - Enbu that situated at the sky garden above Suntec! We tried the sashimi, yakitori, fried oyster with very nice special sauce, and Salmon Sushi. The deco was great too! Must-try!

Nice ambient.. Like in Japan! Enjoy the food and nice and awesome waygu beef slides!

Sanpoutei from Niigata, Japan.. Located at holland village! Sitting on rice bucket, enjoying a thick soup base ramen.. The soup base was excellent and kept my bowl of ramen warm and Shiok until I finished the whole bowl.. The ramen was the miso special ramen comes with specially made noodle, 5 slices of pork, egg, black fungus, pork pieces, vege, red pepper... Very filling! Must try for all ramen lovers!

Ordered their chirashi don and it was decent! Comes with thick slides of sashimi and it also have uni too!

Daruma Ramen House, named one of the top 5 ramen restaurants in Hong Kong by Tatler Hong Kong, is now in Singapore! Their Triple One outlet dishes up the same authentic, slurp-worthy Japanese ramen made with fresh and premium ingredients. The must-try is the Tonkotsu Ramen, served in a thick, intensely flavoured pork bone broth and topped with Japanese braised pork belly or barbecue pork and a flurry of sides from seaweed and soft-boiled egg to dried chilli threads and cloud ear fungus. Stir in the mentaiko (marinated pollock roe) for an even more delicious meal!

The all-time favorite sushi place for youngsters.. Now at a new location, bigger and spacious! Ordered the usual chirashi don and it was awesome!! Must try for all chirashi don lovers!

The sushi-tei of JB! Small outlet at the basement and serves very good makis! Tried the couple and first love maki and they are very nice.. Must try for all!

Long time never see! They have changed their menu and ordered their set meals which should not be wrong at all times! Tried their sushi & sashimi set and pork hot pot gozen set.. The fishes are fresh and thick too.. And the pork soup is nice too!! Shallgo back and try their other new dishes..

Explore the shopping newbie mall @ orchard and found this ramen outlet at the basement! Ordered the tonkotsu ramen and it is very nice! With pork bone broth, minced pork, 2 char siu... Shiok! The side dish is the fried mushroom - juicy n nice too... Yummy!

Wasabi Tei was one of the old japanese restaurant in Far East Plaza.. They extended their shop from the small 16 seater to a bigger shop next door! Tried their chirashi don which comes with an appetizer and miso soup.. The sashimi are thick and fresh! Nice and have the Japan feel! Must try for all sashimi lovers!

A small restaurant by the side of the discovery shopping mall.. Look decent and by the roadside.. Tried the hibiscus sashimi with rice set. Decent 3 slices of tuna, tai, hamachi sashimi each and nice sesame vege, miso soup, pickles w chicken bits as appetizers. It is only IND90k and it's cheap! Worth trying..

Excellent find in Kuta beach, Bali.. Ordered donbo mushi, salmon scallop, bluefin maki, twisted maki roll n sashimi boat! The makis are great esp for the twisted maki. The prices are relatively affordable too and the servings r BIG too!
