Very satisfied with the result. First boil the potatoes in salted water for 10 min. Remove from water, shake and fluff up the sides of the potatoes. Put it into oven with butter for 30 min. Remove & flatten potatoes a little to give them a bigger surface area & little cracks. Add chopped onions, rosemary, salt & pepper and put it back to oven till it's browned. Result: an extremely crispy crust, cracks packed with flavor and fluffy potatoes on the inside. Onions and rosemary are roasted to perfection. So simple!
