On a mission to try as many awesome biryanis so that you may never question where you should go for that perfect plate of basmati rice & meat again.

One of the better briyani I tried and for the price of S$4.50 I found it pretty reasonable

I could easily remove the meat from bone, just by the push of the plastic fork. I loved to soaked my rice with the thick and aromatic curry, made it my kind of comfort food

This restaurant used to be really famous in the 70s for their biryani, so of course I had to check it out! The mutton biryani was really good, especially compared to the chicken biryani. The texture of the rice is excellent and speaks of the quality of rice used, but could be more flavorful. The meat was just awesome, a very tasty, tender, generous portion. Will be back if I'm in the area!

My favourite Nasi Briyani in Singapore at Yakader or Hanifa

Crispy and juicy chicken, moist rice, the best! One of the many reasons I miss working in the Raffles place!

If you're in ABC Market deciding what to eat other than roast meat or chicken rice- this is it. Beautiful basmati rice with chunks of chicken cooked in it, flavoring the rice incredibly. It is light and fluffy, doesn't leave you stuffed to the brim. Served with super tender tandoori chicken, this is so far my favourite biryani.

Loves dosai, biryani, cream puffs, “China food”, craft beers, natural wines and mee pok.
