I had to google for the name of this dish. My sister loves this traditional Malay snack made of glutinous rice and spiced, grated coconut. I have to learn to make this one day.

How do you like your curry puffs? Mine's a sweet chilli and sardine stuffed into a flaky pastry (not too thick, not too doughy) which could have been The Best Sardine Curry Puff I've Ever Eaten IF it had been served hot. Edit: this isn't the best sardine puff I've ever had! I found A1! 😍
