Chinese
Thick oriental seafood gravy with shredded crab meat, shredded fish chunks and prawns. The La Mian Noodles are well portioned and deliciously prepared.
One of the best of its kind. The pork is fried along with a side of salted fish. Dried chillis are added for flavoring and Chinese parsley to complement it. The portion of pork is also very high with a flavorful dark sauce.
One of the best pomfrets in town. Located somewhere near the Old Airport Road, they specialize in Bak Kut Teh but also provide an assortment of fresh and impeccably prepared fishes. Definitely a treat for a seafood fan.
It receives the name China Noodles because the chef is from China. The noodles are prepared by hand on the spot and the soup is rich in flavour. It comes with a variety of condiments and add-ons. The more you take the higher the price. Do not fret though. It's rather affordable and it's a delight for university students.
