Inspired by a friend from the southern America, I took up the challenge to accomplish my mission using a bread maker when my oven suddenly threw a tantrum on me during the process! Still yielding a similar visual outcome, the blue cornmeal has a slightly more luxurious feel than his regular yellow cousin. Whiffing a rich buttery aroma fanning from the baking machine is like watch the galaxy afar! A gluten-free loaf that suits any hungry bear:))

Thick orangey pigmented lemon jellies packed in notable citrus note and a bitter hint from the accompanied thinly sliced pitted but smooth peels. Valuable taste, a true Zesty morning carb-companion! Happy Monday!!

Trying out another brand of honey mustard..a sudden craving for a sweet condiment and it ended up a dollop atop my steam rice. It's unusual in that manner but eating is all about feeling good and I did just that to mark my epic Saturday! =))
