Spinach tagliatelle with shallots, cherry tomatoes and mushroom. Yummy! I like such infused pasta, always tasty and more interesting. This pasta is a little bit tougher.

My Mom's fried rice always has little bits of French beans. Diced up into small pieces like that, together with egg and rice, she makes a very yummy fried rice with a crunch.

Created for my birthday by my best friend. Nutella smeared buns stuffed with cookies n cream ice cream and m&m bits, and decorated with hot fudge. I can't show you how the entire cake look like, but it was definitely delicious looking and no doubt one of the best cake I've had. I'm proud to say I finished it. Inspiration drawn was pretty obvious. Our little secret.

This is my signature instant noodle, my favorite one and only way of preparing myself a meal at home. The soup is thickened with egg and mixed with a generous amount of shallots, which usually are drizzled on top. Water is boiled with pepper and shallots, giving it an aroma even before putting anything in.

My Mom's signature Hokkien Prawn Mee is popular and critically acclaimed by relatives and friends. It reminds me of an oriental seafood carbonara of sorts. Creamy and generous in the portion of seafood and pork belly.
