Bacon marinated burger ($26) - 170g of Josper-grilled wagyu, bacon, sautéed shrooms and caramelised onion. Was disappointed with the quality of the burger considering the equipment they used to cook the party. The wagyu patty was well-seasoned however, it was not evenly cooked as the patty was cold in the centre. It was still worth while dining at roadhouse as the ambience and service made up to the disappointing burger I had.
