Indian Love!
Not in the picture are the rice, and the non-veg curry. The Thali at Amaravathi makes a filling meal! Gotta love the 'payasam'!
Another spicy dish which I usually enjoy, except this time since I felt the prawns were overcooked.
Little pieces of deep fried chicken. Great for a snack or as a starter.
Everyone knows Chapathi (Chapati / Chapatti) right? The Indian flat bread equivalent of rotti? Yeah, and I loved it at Kandoori after a long time. The plain version, made with Atta. Btw learned that Chapathi means "flattened round" in Indian languages.
Spicy deep-fried chicken. Mostly boneless. (Originated from South India.)
I admit; I was intrigued by the "Gobi" part in the name. Later learned that Cauliflower is known as Gob(h)i in India. This Aloo Gobi Masala (sometimes called as Alu Gobi or Alu Gawbi, apparently) is a dish of spiced cauliflower & potatoes. Not a big fan of cauliflower; but was impressed with the taste thanks to the spices!
